Nathan Ablett has quit the Cats again.This time he is moving to QLD to play local footy & be a full time chippy.If he's moving to the Gold Coast he could end up playing for GC17.Although he could change his mind 20 times again before then.

He's one kid who should have been left completely alone by the media and AFL world.
He's never been comfortable with all the *smile* that goes with being Yabletts son.
Hope he enjoys himself just playing footy for the pleasure of it and doing whatever he feels like.

I thought Geelong did a pretty good job of keeping him away from the media.He seems a bit unsure,came back to the club but hopefully his move to QLD will be good for him.

I thought Geelong did a pretty good job of keeping him away from the media.He seems a bit unsure,came back to the club but hopefully his move to QLD will be good for him.

I agree & I feel overall the media handled themselves reasonably well aswell.

Kid hated the limelight but I got to hand it to him that he goes away with a premiership medal that so many players in code will never get !

Geelong looked after him but they were very persistant in getting him to the club and trying to keep him there.

Didn't he want to be a priest or something?

He was very relunctant to go down the afl route in the first place.
