The sweetest thing about yesterday's victory over the Roos at the MCG was the successful return of Brownie. The way in which the man himself and the football staff have handled his rehabilitation....... both physically and psychologically......... has been tremendous. This week was almost low key as they kept the lid on expectations about whether, where and for how long he would play.
To see #7 take that great mark under pressure, then go back and bang through a big goal was inspirational for everyone associated with RFC. The spontaneous reaction of his team mates said it all.
