Pettifer? lol.
I think Browny's got more credit in the bank than that statement deserves.

Richo has plenty of wild 'selfish' shots at goal too but perhaps it is because Brown isn't an orginal Tiger that you are scrutinising him so much. ;)

23 disposals, 4 tackles, 3.4.
A supercoach rating of 168.

I think we can forgive the odd selfish moment Kurtzy. He was near BOG.

Look perhaps it is unfair, but one of the reasons I am so harsh on him is that he does have such good vision and a quick football mind. I know in the time it takes most of us to say ‘Robin’ he has assessed all the option, made a decision and acted. When he goes the low percentage (even for him) snap rather than handpassing to the open team-mate you know he has done so in full awareness of what he is doing.

I’m not sure Richo ever knows exactly what he’s doing or what he’s doing next.

How come i didn't here anyone calling The Cotch Selfish when Brown was all alone in the goal square last week and he didn't give it to him and had a very tough shot at goal and Missed!!!

I think there's a reason:

NGB - 30 y.o. & 196 games
Cotchin - 18 y.o. & 1st game

Browny made the wrong choice on a couple of occasions. No long term damage done.

I wasn't serious!!!!! and I don't think cotchin made a mistake not passing it as he thought he could kick it, the only mistake was missing :hihi

seriously some people just NEED something to complain about. I'd be more inclined to complain when Browny isn't kicking goals rather than when he is

one of the things that put a smile on my face about cotch was that against the bombers, this time instead of going for the snap he lowered his eyes and handballed it to the free player in the square.. edwards i think.

so in his first game against the cats he made a mistake - well, didn't do the team thing - by going for a goal when there was a free man. by game 2 he had learnt his lesson and demonstrated it. :clap

he is going to be a pleasure to watch for many years for us.

Congrats Brown Eye on your big milestone game this week.

Plays his 63rd game of AFL football !!! :clap

:hihi :hihi :hihi :hihi :hihi :hihi :hihi

Great to see him approaching something near his best from since the Whelan nightmare !

Shame, he will probably retire in 2010 just before our premiership year. LOL
