Well its that time of year again when we ponder who we'll pick up in the trades, ND, PSD and Rookies...
Well as this post is directed at our 1st pic in the ND, ive been thinking long and hard about who we should target, i had a good look at this years U18 championship and im certain we can pic up a very good player at pic 8...
Theres so much conjecture on what player we should pic, apart from, rich, watts and Naitanui, who should we target at pic 8, a Ruckman, a key midfielder or Key back or FWD..
Tyrone Vickery, a 200cm ruckman would be my pic if he lasts till pic 8, saw him at the dome, can take a good contested mark and has good mobilty...
Michael hurley is an impressive full back who already has a decent frame..
Shaun McKernan, is another likely type and i see him as a genuine CHF, im expecting him to go top 10..
Midfielders, Ziebell and Hartlett would be very handy too if they lasted to pic 8...
Thats the burning question, i think a ruckman should be our target at pic 8 but only if its vickery, if he goes early then michael hurley would be my next choice, just think the backline needs another big unit and hurley fits that bill...
