Re: Footage of Edwards and Peterson... any help?

I tried getting them from the RFC website but Bigpond TV has been screwing up for me over the last few months. Is there anyway I can see these guys in action? I can't be the only supporter dying to see their style of play and is unable to view the crappy bigpond service!!

Thanks

It won't work if you're using Firefox. Try using IE.
Otherwise try clicking the progress bar in the middle so the video starts to buffer.
If it still doesn't work I'm out of ideas.

As always, Bigpond is Mac-incompatible. :frustration :frustration

Rosy, can we get these clips put on Tiger TV?

Are you kidding?

What a crock, I was just about to look into getting BP, seems like nothing but trouble.... :P

It's amazing. Youtube, TV networks and even amateurs can make cross-platform video work but Bigslimepond, AFL and now the TAB go with Windows Media Player software that Microsoft won't update for Mac.

I used to be able to watch AFL video online, but not this past year, and Tech Support says this is unlkely to change.

Pathetic.

Nup. Apple's taking Microsoft's share as they can now run Windows (if you want to). Microsoft stopped upgrading Internet Explorer some years ago and haven't updated Windows Media Player for Mac to enable it to screen Bigpond video.

That's not Microsoft's fault. Rather, our largest telco and internet provider should adopt standards for its content to enable everyone to use it. As I said, even amateur bloggers can do this so why not Telstra?

Sorry to hijack this thread. I'll go and have a lie down now. :theyareontome
