Can someone please explain to me the new rule of kicking in before the flags have been waved. As I interpret it as soon as the goal umpire signals a behind you can kick it in straight away before the flags have been waved. So if this is correct if a player is surrounded by opponents HOLDS the ball over the oppositions goal or point line and conceeds the point and then trys to kick or handball it, and is tackled, it should be an automatic 50m. Is this correct?
