"trujillo reaches out to Wallace in his hour of need" Sol..............stating he understands the prejudice and stress Wallace has suffered and offers him a sabatical at his ranch in new mexico.

Good one Sol. @ least Terry didn't cost the RFC "stakeholders" 17 Billion in lost value, let alone opportunity lost cost. And he wonders why people are so unkind..................

Is this the same guy who after taking our dollar for years has left the country and now call us racists?

Well showing him on the frontpage of the paper in a "Bandido" outfit wouldn't have helped.

Sol left so he can play Gomez in the remake of the Adams family.

Coupled together with the constant references to his "Mexican" background.

People here might be surprised to learn that some people across the pond think of Australia as being like Texas...in the '60s.

some people in the US still think we have kangaroos hopping around our backyards, and many cannot even find us on a map.

Which has more to do with ignorance and nothing to do with ethnicity.

point is, why do I care if a group of people think we are like Texas in the 60's, when they know nothing about the country (where are the kangaroos in my backyard) and don't even know where the country is?

If you are gunna bag the joint, you should be able to at least point to it on a map.

What about the people that can point to the joint? Does that validate their opinion?

Ignorance is ignorance.

if they are saying Australia is like Texas in the 60's, I doubt they know where the joint is. That's a pretty ignorant statement to make, and as dumb as Sol's saying coming to Australia is like stepping back in time.

And some people love it here when they are posted here via work or visit here on holiday. So what?

My point was these people don't mind living amongst such" racist" cultures in such "backwater" countries when it suits them, of course once they no longer want money from us they are happy to take the moral high ground.

It's all just cheap pot shots from a guy who failed in his job trying to get back some credibility.
