I'm a strong believer that our next Ass. Coach MUST come from an Interstate Club;
We have some strong representatives from Victoria, but we need to instill some Interstate knowledge & experience.

A West Coast or SA Ass. Coach would be a handy inclusion.

michael voss?

After watching TW and caro on WLF 2nite, my guess is we are after John Longmire.

Reference was made to Geelong.

Yeh, I know.

His name was also thrown up when talking about an assistant role also.

I'm sure King would have big wraps on him coming across also.

I wouldn't mind seeing Craig Lambert back at Tigerland.
I reckon he'd have learned a thing or two. :)

From what ive heard ToO he is very settled up in Brisbane atm. But like you would be a great pickup if he decided to come back to Melbourne.

Know a cousin of his ToO and he says that Lamberts preferred career path is in the area of player management. Has been studying in this area for a while as I understand it.

Someone who reads the game well? James Hird would be the ultimate!
Or another skills coach!
