Below is the list of or team.

The players highlighted with asterics next to them are players I beleive will be good enough in the future to be part of a winning formula if all goes well in their development and the recruiting from here on in is benefitial.

I just want to know, does Miller and Terry bite the bullet and introduce these kids throughout this season, giving them experience (not all at once) and play them on the ground for a taste of the big league? Also do they bite the bullet on some more experienced players and trade them while they can to get better kids to put around these kids to create a better squad? The positivity in the media to the Hawks is sickening me but they did bite the bullet and made a decision of the direction of their team, we have sort of gone half hearted which has caused these problems we have now.

I would be willing to wait if we did go down this part - I understand it would be frustrating but I seriously dont see us being competitive win the next couple of years anyway. This is just my opinion.

Just because we are frustrated, don't lose sight of the fact that we are already playing a heap of kids.
It's likely one of the reasons we've appeared to go backwards.

Despite losing, we have been competitive in the three games to date. The games have not been blowouts and we have even had our chances to win with the teams named.

It's a big call to stack more youngsters into the team for the sake of it, because confidence is a fragile thing.
I can't see an enormous amount of benefit in it if we cop a hiding every week with a team of babies. Balance is important as is not providing charity games because of a players age.

I can't see an all out youth policy working. We just have to try the kids out on merit, get experience into them and see which ones can actually play.

We do however have to weed out the older guys that are taking us nowhere in the process.

Play each and every one of them (or whichever of them are fit), starting this week. If we finish last, so be it - it's just another number 1 draft pick.

If you go through the list more than half have less than 50 games to their credit. That's a huge void that takes time to fill. It has to be done gradually, you risk destroying talent otherwise. I point to the dark days of the late 80's and early 90's when Richmond were forced by circumstances to play youth and ruined their development in doing it. The club is still suffering from what that did to the development of the youth we had at the time.

Thats a good looking team if developed right CC ;D

Much better than what we have right now.

A genuine on baller, and a quality ruckman is obviously needed.

My boy Clingan may suprise and be an asset to our club sooner rather than later.

I think it's the point of our year that we should be giving kids some quality game time and getting them a feel for it. The senior bunch has had there chance at the start of the year and stuffed it, so now lets rotate some kids through the team looking ahead to the future.

Agreed.Starting this week why not bring in the Edward,s,Casserly,s,Jon,s etc.Its not as if the Bulldogs have gorrilla,s in their side.Give them a taste i say.
