next years upside

we finished 1 game out of the 8 with a heap of key injuries a tough draw and a team of babies
when the babies get bigger and we finish the final cull of duds we will be a chance
just 2 wins against sides who made the 8 with shellackings thrown in tells me we are not competetive.
i have no doubt sides we finished above will go past us next yr or the yr after.

Now the tigers do have upside for next year in the names Raines, Meyer, Tambling, Deledio, Polo, Howat, JON, Casserly,Thursfield, Hughes ect ect, however the Grand Final just highlighted to me that we are a fair ways off from impacting September.
Looking at the overall, eveness, committment, poise, flexibility, skill and body strength exhibited by both Sydney and WCE allows for one to get a more realistic or sobering view of where the tigers are at at the minny.
Another coupla good drafts are requisite as is some patience to allow for our boys to develop confidence poise, skill and strength required to make September a more realistic exercise.

The kids will carry us on as they evelop as a core group. Its Miller and TW's job to ensure over the next 2 drafts that they recieve quality youngsters to develop with them and provide the club with core depth, flexibility and skill.

Craig my son I love your work. You are spot on with this one.

What this year showed us is that we are not far off top 8, but still a long way of the top 4. Your assessment of he need to develop physically is spot on and this will only come with time. But we need to continue to draft well to fill the needs that still exist.
