Listening to the wrap up of it I was reminded of the similarities between this win and ours against Adelaide in ‘17. Underdogs, a more fancied opponent doesn’t perform up to expectation, and they did it at home.

Its unarguable now I would think. I loved Joe Montana but Brady has definitely surpassed him.

Yeah I have clung to Joe as the best for a long time. Time to admit Brady has him covered.

No small contracts in the MLB To start on? I know there stars get crazy ones like Soccer

They have massive playing lists but if you look at their 30 man rosters, you'll rarely see anything less than $2m p.a.

Was reading last night that the number 1 pick in the draft last year got an $8m sign on bonus (not salary) alone, and MLB drafts are probably the "least sure thing" type draft in professional sports !

Just noticed this thread bumped. Have to say my team the Steelers were nothing but show ponies all season. How the *smile* do you go from 11-0 to 12-4 and then playoff dropout?? Pathetic.

As for Brady, it was bad enough watching the Pats keep winning, and now this bloke finds magic at a *smile* team like Tampon Bay. IMO, one hit wonders.

Hah hah hah. Jerry Jones. The gift that keeps on giving. Dak Prescott $160 over 4. $126 guaranteed. $66 signing bonus.

That’s hilarious.

Big risk for someone still injured and big pressure to perform on him now. Good to see Big Ben take a paycut. Time to retire I reckon.

Big question now is who will the Giants play in next years Superbowl, with the recruitments of Golladay, Jackson, Rudolph, Odenigbo and the return of Barkley , hard to see a Jones lead Blue men lose a game

Well, if we are talking about your fantasy league, then they will play the Jacksonville Jaguars.

So, looks like Cleveland Indians are gonna do what Washington Redskins did in the NFL and ban the controversial nickname in the MLB.

Maybe I'm blind, but never really saw anything racist with 'Indians' as a nickname. Looks like Kansas City Chiefs and Atlanta Braves would come close to changing also.

Wonder what Carlcrap will have to change their name to when red heads around the country complain they're being disparaged. The Carlcrap Brown Bags sounds good. They could wear brown jumpers. Would match with their sh*t play.

:mhihi Sounds good to me Redmond. Maybe Racistwood could follow and ditch the black.

Still following the Red Sox nowadays? Been watching the March Madness games all week and getting sick of that MLB promo ad "Its opening day" played 1000 *smile* times.

Embrace Opening Day. It is the final piece in the overall commencement of Season of Redford 2021.
