Re: NFL 2012-13

Great win by the Steelers over the Redskins. Good to see them strengthen up again. Also good to see Sav Rocca kick 4 punts for the Redskins.

Broncos killing the Saints today. Geez ...Peyton Manning, 36 years old, and still plays the QB role really well.

Atlanta have blown me away this season, they just keep getting the job done.

Yeah they sure have. Should be an easy win by the 49ers tomorrow over those Bummertype-Cardinals.....started well rising to the top but fell when reality hit ;D

Re: NFL 2012-13

Alex Smith set an NFL record for completion percentage among players with at least 15 passes in a game.
Smith completed 18 of 19 throws for 232 yards and three touchdowns, 18 from 19! that's amazing.
He's a gun QB, still has his haters though which is bizarre.

We gotta bye next week, then we have the Rams which should be an easy win.
Then it's a massive game against the Bears...could be game of the season right there.

Great game from Smith......but it is Arizona Jukes. ;D

Scored just one field goal and at home.....geez.

Good point, they are ordinary.

Must be those Bummer colours... ;D

Luckily we don't meet the 49ers.

Your next (remaining) 8 games look like 6 wins and 2 possible losses (Texans and Bears)

Easy divisional win.

Bengals are the St Kilda of the NFL.

No matter how good a chance they get, they will find a way to blow it.

Given their draw, they should almost be a lock for the play-offs. But they have now lost 4 straight.

And I don't care what anyone says, their list this year is good enough.

Starting to think Marvin might be shown the door if they don't turn things around fast.

Got the defending Superbowl champs next, that won't be pretty.

NCAA
Texas A&M got on the front foot in the 1st quarter to beat (1)Alabama. First loss of the season for the Crimson Tide. Watch out for the (2)Oregon Ducks.

(4)Notre Dame still rising is great to see.

NFL
Texans @ Bears should be a great game to watch tomorrow midday.

This game will prove whether or not Houston are a fair dinkum contender.

True. They've had some easy teams, but I'm convinced they are a contender.

Tomorrow's game is at Chicago, but I reckon Houston will win.

Re: NFL 2012-13

Disappointed with the draw, but with Smith concussed before half time I'll take it....especially being down 17-7 in the forth.
Kaepernick did well when he came on.

Atlanta have a ridiculous easy regular season draw.
They won't play the Bears, 49ers, Ravens, Steelers, Packers or Patriots all season.
The best challenge they have they get rolled.....In most betting agencies the Falcons are no better than 6th fav for the Superbowl,
even though they have the equal best record.

Texans are the real deal.

It is the sort of game they will win, just to ensure they don't get a top 5 pick.

Good win, that surprised me I must say....you called it.

Any team should win when the opposition gift them so many opportunities starting in the red zone.

Other teams will have watched with interest. The longer you force Eli to hold the ball, the better the chance he will turn it over to you.
