Pretty sure there isn't already a thread on this. If so, Mods pls delete or merge.
This guy is great. Love his attitude to his footy. Chases, tackles, has great goal sense (although missed a couple v North) and good work ethic. And when you bear in mind his size his efforts are even better.
Now the nickname.
As we all know he played at Port Melbourne who are known as "The Burrough!" which pertains to the suburb of Pt Melb.
I would like to call him "The Burrow". Different spelling. Typifies his desire/work ethic and attitude. It perfectly (IMHO) describes how he attacks ball/ball carrier. When he tackled Pratt (90 plus kgs v 67) I thought Pratt would swat him like a fly but he stuck the tackle and brought Pratt to the ground.
Hopefully "The Burrow" continues on this vein for a long career with The Tiges.
So:
1/ Do you like my nickname?
(maybe offer up something else)
and
2/ Is he eligible for Rising Star this week?
