I heard while watching the game on the weekend that Richmond have the dubious honor of being on top of the ladder for this stat. None of the commentators were terribly impressed by this stat and I must say neither was I.
Is it simply a function of having Bowden and Johnson in the team? Inexperience? Mental softness? Unwillingness to back ourselves? Wallace's influence? Could it be a positive in disguise?
It seems to be most prominent when we have achieved a slender lead in the last quarter of a match, and designed to drive Tiger supporters to distraction.
