this will be a very very difficult year for us. no doubt the "hard ground" excuse, (plus others) will be reg rhetoric.

Nah lets just blame players like Jon and Bling for not being superstars by now that would be easier ::)

We have no leadership on the ground and too many people play for themselves.

It needs a new broom to sweep out the older players like Hawthorn have done. TW has compromised his youth philosophy to be taken seriously. It's time for a genuine clear out of players beyond the age of 26.

Last night was a joke to be beaten by a team without so many of their senior players with all of our 30 year olds playing.

Apparently our genius coach, after months locked away in a dark room planning, came out with "okay lads, just go out there and play".

It looked that way didn't it.

We've turned over our list just as much as Hawthorn, having said that there is still some dead wood which should be cleaned out at the end of this year.

Looked like a petrified forest last night

It was the NAB bup last night. Don't pass any judgements on where the team is at. St Kilda flooded like crazy and we where poor to say the least but its the NAB cup.

Lets make these statements come round 8, thats my d-day round.

How much are we paying him to have no plans at all?

I think he has plans, Terry Wallace is no Spud.

It just appears the players aren't connecting with him and that's a problem.

Its just the NAB cup? So... shouldnt our boys be trying to show us whats installed for this year? I guess they shouldnt bother as we already know! I wonder who gets the first big season injury this year...

According to Joel Bowden 'go out and have a kick' was the coaches words pre-game.

So what, game plans are instilled through training not in the pre-match address.

They flooded like fort Knox. in the 3rd term we were controlling the game, not sure how it looked on TV but when the saints went forward there was no one beyond the 50 mtr arc for them...then a moment of madness from Sylvester what possessed him to do a short snap kick to a player 5 or 6 mtrs away, the ball went astray and the saints kicked a goal the margin went out to 20 points, gave them some leeway and they just went on from their...as dermie says there’s always a moment in a match that is the defining moment and that was it folks.

maybe we should face it. Starring in a Richmond praccy match means nothing because theyre playing against half of a pitiful side
