Yes it is ridiculous and pretty disappointing from NZ. I don't think they should lose points but there should be some sort of penalty imposed on them.

What about the farce that is Fien playing for the Kiwis ...... what a joke and no wonder Mason was having a crack at him whilst he was trying to do the haka.
Absolute joke, think Fien knew he was no chance of playing for Aussies so NZ was next best thing.

New Zealand docked the 2 points & Fien banned from the Kiwis side after the farce surrounding his eligibilty.Great Britain would have to lose every game not to make final which I guess is possible.

Justice , tho it has to be said qualifiction rules for Rep footy across the board are a joke.

Fien shouldnt be eligible for Origin now either, altho he wouldnt get a game behind Smith or Berrigan anyways.

Well, Australia were defeated by GB, certainly adds more spice to the comp. GB were great in defence, Stuart's selection errors predictably resulted in a disjointed Australian attack.

Spot on mld,The non selection of Thurston,King,Hodges & the inlusion of Lyon & Hornby made for a disjointed team.Lyon was particularly disappointing.

Spot on Stuart is a *smile*. Gus Gould even couldnt believe the stupidity of Stuarts decision making and he is a Stuart fan.

here it is ok

2 - Inglis

3 - Gasnier

4 - Lyon

5 - Hodges ( if fit )

6 - Lockyer

7 - Thurston

8 - O Meley

9 - Smith

10- Civoniceva

11 - Mason (if available)

12 - Hindmarsh

13 - O Donnell

14 - Berrigan

15 - Thaiday

16 - Ryan

17 - Kite

Criag,I agree with all eccept Lyon.Would toss him out for King.King was sadly missed on Sat night.

New Zealand plays Great Britain in a must win game for Kiwis otherwise they have no chance of playing final. For those interested the game is live on Fox at 6pm Saturday night.I'II go for the Kiwis in a close one by 4 points.

Surprisingly enough the game will be telecast live here.  Bet that won't last long.
Think 9 will give better coverage next year but the live games will stop once AFL season starts.

Well, NZ handed GB a good flogging.  Makes next week's game against Australia a must-win for GB.
Ordinary effort by Poms but were denied a couple of tries that should have been given.Poor performance by video ref.
