On a serious note this is all about pokies.

The council agreed to support moving the 83 machines, but included a statement that ideally they would like to see a reduction in the future. This was unacceptable to the Sainters, who were looking for full support for all 83 without question.

Sounds like financing is on a razors edge, because their CEO basically said they were borrowing their portion of the money on the basis of expected pokie revenues, and any machine reduction would effect their ability to repay.
 
I dont like St Kilda. They annoy me. It would be like sharing a house with a belching, farting loudmouth. No thank you.
 
St.Kilda is destined for Casey....lots of pokies out there and plenty of people to keep the coffers pumping along.
