OK all you coachsackers...... please post your humble apologies here

You gotta give credit when it's due...and Terry you and your team deserve some accolades...the past 3 weeks have been impressive...great signs for a promising future...

I just can't wait to see the following players with another 50 games under their belt...Thursfield, McGuane, Deledio, Tambling, Pattison, Edwards, Foley, Rievoldt, Connors...and Casserly ( once he debuts ).

Well done :clap

Wallace will not be sacked this year but 2.5 wins is nothing to sing about so this is a ridiculous thread.

Not at all yet convinced he has a gameplans to make us a top 4 side and Friday aside he still has barely shown the ability to get the 1%s and tackle counts to the level required.

Cosidering it seems the players came up with many of the tactics on Friday, it doesn't exactly thrill me either.

No doubt Wallace is still under the pump and will be for a while yet.

Keep him honest and not slap his back at the first opportunity when the season has been an overall disaster.

Does today help you Oldie ;D

Not really gus.
Essendon aren't the strongest of sides going and their injuries meant they were going to be up against it.
Whilst he outcoached the outgoing Sheeds, Wallace still has plenty to prove.

Never thought I'd hear you acknowledge there is a light at the end of the tunnel Claw. There is a spirit within RFC and the young kids have plenty of it. Of course our skills, size and experience are still way below the standard required to become consistently competitive...... but we are on the way back there. Knocking off Collingwood and Essendon when they are fighting for finals berths is proof of it.

Rome wasn't built in a day but it was built.

The fact is until the kids get the games into them and build the bodies they need to compete against the competition's stronger sides Richmond will be occupying the bottom rungs of the ladder. They seem to have got the recruiting right with Jackson there now and I too can see light at the end of the tunnel, whilst that is occurring it's not the right time to change the coach.

Your mixing your proverbs there Hayfe.

It's Rome wasn't burnt in a night and Pantene wasn't built in a day (but it was built). ;D

BTW I think now would be a good time to flick Terry- from list management. We're getting a reputation: I understand that super-models have been calling the club trying to find out where we source the tapeworms.

What's Wallace's hair products got to do with it Jack?

It's a very dangerous product and one wich would surely be picked up under the AFL's drug policy :o

Our players would never waste perfectly good hair product in that way, Hayfever. ;D Great link. Ta.

ok im not be negative but heres my point 3 wins and a draw for the year in a team whos coach is in hes 3rd yeard of a 5 year contract
is not acceptable specally after he outlined 3rd year we would be playing finals now im not sayin sack terry but questions have to be asked someone isnt doing there job properly

downsides under terry

im sorry but last 3 years under terry we should of been playin finals specially this year we have had alot of games were we were in box seat to win and we just fade out not acceptable last 3 games playing great footy is not accepatble

changing the plan to 2008 to 2011 not acceptable why should we wait 4 years puts pressure on club to re sign him

choice of captain not knocking sugar but richo bowden and lesser extent when he was on list gaspar its a slap in face to those guys sepcialy richo heart and soul of club and he aint cpt'n hows that make players feel ??? how the react???

early retirements and delistings of players ie kellaways , gaspar have given great service to club dont desrerve to be treated that way

lack of recuriting talls

injurys havent helped ie talls , cogs

hes shanigans with media and supporters

changing of assitant coaches team cant settle if it has new coaches every year

what the hell is our gameplan do we have one?

upsides to terry

hes shanigans with media and supporters i will admit under terry we have had more postives from media than negative stuff that we were all use to

un earthing of players - we have got some awsome youngsters

finding some gem rookies

we have recruited well bar talls? and every team has hit and misses ie king - kingsley

so i havent got a apologie cause i never said sack him but i can understand why some peps are askin the question

cause 3 and a half wins is not acceptable no matter what stage ya team is in

How must Eade being feeling ATM.Afterall the doggies are/were 2yrs ahead of us in the devlopment stakes

The rabble that Wallet left behind were never anything but a rumour IMO, skip. The brand of football they play is cheap and destined for failure- the malnourished playing keepings off.

There is a myth that Wallet, when at Footscray moulded an elite playing group from a rabble. But it's a myth. He had what three or four Brownlow medallists (injured during Joyce's tenure) and save for the fantastic job he did with Romero brought bugger all new talent to the club.

He traded Montgomery, who subsequently went All-Aust and targeted, get ready for this, are you sitting down? it's a doozie: Nathan Eagleton. I can understand that he wanted to add class to his line-up but FFS Eagleton.

The list Eade inherited was a train wreck IMO.
