Just wondering if anyone knows of ex-tiger players who are coaching country sides somewhere,and with what success?Can history repeat itself,like Hafey at Shepparton.3 flags in a row,and then success at Richmond?

What a fairy tale that would be now...Tim Watcon coaches Dimboola thirds to 3 successive premierships then jumps on at an AFL club to take them to a premiership...it wont happen. A god bush coach will not make a good AFL coach today.

Interesting thoughts DHN,but as we know many a champion player has not made a good coach:also some Pre's here like the idea of a Voss,Buckley,Hardwick.................untried.Maybe a good bush coach should not be overlooked.Dean Hart Northey said:
