One Annoyance and One Irritant

RemoteTiger said:
Everybody is posting about the irritant - Frawley and co. as commentators.

No one has an idea or a care about the annoyance - The RFC is not clever enough to map a way out of the football wilderness!

Its either you don't know

Don't care - that we will be the easybeats - laughing stock of the AFL for many years to come

or

We as members don't know what it takes and are therefore willing to swallow any crap that the current RFC leaders dish up

Whats that old saying "If you don't plan then you are planning to fail!" I don't think the current powers that be at the RFC have a plan - it seems to be totally reactionary - both on and off the field.

If they have got a plan then show us the "road-map" that will take us back into the 8 and eventually to being a powerful side again. Tell us the milestones so we can look-out for them - communicate to us as members how it is going to be achieved - because right now as a member it appears to me you don't know and worse you don't have a plan or contingency plan to make it happen............

The middle-east conflict will be solved before RFC find the 'road-map'.

I wish pple would leave Spud alone. His record speaks 4 itself,He captianed more wooden spoons than anyone, has the worst win/loss ratio than any captain in afl/vfl history, was a wooden spoon winning assisatant coach, a wooden spoon winning senior coach, coached us to our worst losing streak in history.
Pls respect his opinion as the Man clearly knows what it takes to win (Wooden Spoons)

2 perfect examples of "jobs for the boys" and "it's not what you know, but who you know" - I give you T. Shaw and D. Frawley. Anyone who listens to these 2 top shelf d*ckheads needs to find the off button.

Of course they have a PLAN Remote.
The board PLANS to follow exactly the scenario that Plough and Miller have proposed for the club. If after five years that PLAN has shown itself to fail then they will not reappoint Plough and will commence a search for someone else with a PLAN good enough to convince them their PLAN will work to ressurect the Tigers onfield. Should this possible future PLANNING scenario also fail then you can rest assured that the faithfull supporters will once again commence PLANNING the overthrow of the current board in favour of another board with a much more feasable PLAN.
Oh and just one other little thing.
You aren't allowed to see the roadmap, otherwise you might come to realise their PLAN is not very detailed at all.

"the best laid plans of mice and men...."
Which have we got TM, do you think?

Cant stand this pair but dont worry terry did plenty off of field coaching when danny was in
You're right, but Terry hadn't coached the Richmond team and filled the list with rubbish when he made the comments. If he goes into the media after he's finished with the Tigers and starts making comments then he's with the other 2.

I engree entirely RT.
I am on the record as not wanting wallace at the club before his appointment, largely because of what occurred during his time at the Bullies.
Whilst I showed some early support for him as the new coach, I have been off that bandwagon for some time now.

It's been pretty evident that Wallace has been making it up as he goes for a couple of seasons now and the results are there for all to see.
He may be a reasonable tactician on occassions and a handy media operator but I don't think he has proven himself a very good coach at the two team's he has been at. WB included.

The team he inherited at the Bullies was largely in place when he arrived hence his early success. Frawley also largely cashed in early for a prelim birth if you remember, yet no one is now singing his praises.

With every passing year that TW was in charge at Footscray, their results got worse as he went about building a team that was lightweight and largely without any semblence of traditional structure. To this day he still seems to struggle with the idea and development of KPPs.
To add to his poor structural setups, I also think his idea of what style of play is required to win a premiership is about as far removed from what has previously been successful as you can get. Over 4 years our side has improved little with regards to emphasis on tackling & 1%s.
Is that a coincidence? I think not.
Chasing the likes of Jordan Mcmahon earlier this season emphasised that he had no idea what was required for us to get better. He steadfastly refuses to change what he thinks is successful yet his ideas for ultimate success are completely baseless.

We have some talented kids coming through but I am fairly certain Wallace is not the coach to win us a premiership and should be moved on sooner rather than later.
