Freo is having a "major announcement" today. Likely to be Harvey is locked in, but could be Pav.

Im hoping its Harv's, because Freo deserve the only coach in the AFL who makes Doug Hawkins look intellectual :hihi

Also I want Pav in the trade mix, because Adelaide are desperate for him, and if they lose Pav they may trade something ridiculous for a certain underachieving CHF who knows nothing.... :rofl
 
Harvey may not come across as the brightest but no doubt he's well respected.

Seems to be getting a bit out of Freo that Connolly couldn't.

In saying that I think that decision will be made at years end.

I'd be very surprised to see a caretaker coach named yet.

The Pavlich announcement seems more likely.

With Essendon breathing down Harvey's neck the best thing Freo could do is appoint Harvey.They're going to do it anyway,why not now.Harvey has the makings of a very good senior coach.Agree with too on the announcemenmt as I think it will be re Pavlich.

I have heard elsewhere he apparently is a lot happier since Connels left

Agree Mate,
Connolly was of the Grant the White Ant Thomas old school of Thuggery to try and win matches. How many Frockers have been up on charges since Harvey took over?
 
Think all the other clubs are laughing that we are going to be 1st Cab off the Rank for the PSD, all their stars will sign up to next to nought to dodge wearing the Yellow and Black
