Interesting to read, one year on from the 2004 Rookie draft that Will Thursfield has debuted at AFL level, aquitted himself quite well and been promoted to the senior list and Ruory Kirkby has done nothing and been delisted. It's interesting after Kirkby was rated by many as a 20-ish pick in that draft, was overlooked and then Hawk supporters giving it to us for picking Will before Ruory. Guess we can give some back now!
