Does anyone else think our players went to ground a lot last night? Their bums seemed to spend as much time on the turf as their feet did. It seemed to be Richmond players more than Footscray so the conditions probably weren't to blame, although part of the G is being resurfaced next week.
 
RFC footballers continually lose their feet, particularly in contests. Gaspar is the worst of them all. His effort against Leon Davis last week when Davis snapped that great goal from the boundary was a prime example. Losing your feet is the sign of a weak footballer, both physically and mentally. Unfortunately 3/4 of
our list fall into this category.
 
Kane Johnson has spent the entire season slipping over or diving on the ball or dive tackling to no avail....
