Youre all blaming the wrong person. The blame for today lies squarely on the shoulders of Miller and Wallace. They put this list together, and shaped it to play the way it played today. What today did was simply show that Jade is a long way of being a senior coach, but can't lay all the blame at his feet. He inherited the sh!t not made it.

Mostly true but Rawlings has proved he is a *smile* coach. Not just at Richmond but Coburg has gone backwards under him as well. He is a football loser so no doubt he fits in beautifully at RFC.

that is the best post and very very true ! as i said earlier

you can not go by your 2 loses to good teams with the cattle you got [players] let them do the process whether he gets it or not that is their decision ! as is picking players !

if he gets the job at least give him the chance you know it won't be next year that you will get the GF nor maybe the yr after may take anything up to 4 to see a big improvement just look at hawks prior to this yr ! we did get it early but we got it we played fantstic footy last year can not say the same for this year sadly but each yr up to last yr we improved and made finals in 07 then the biggy in 08 .

anyway good luck again hope it is soon that you know who the coach is
