Great to see the Pies get beaten last night, also great to see some traditional values back in footy, a centre square mud heap.

Interesting comment by Rick Olarenshaw at 3/4 time.
He said Craig McRae talked to the players at length at 3/4 time.
Interesting move by the Tigers to allow our assistant coach to talk oppostition team, maybe testing tactics out before we play Collingwood next week.

I think he was refering to Craig Lambert

Just further proof we hate Collingwood that much we are willing to help other teams beat them too. All I can say is "yay!" ;D

Great game, LOL at the Scumwood supporters complaining about the umpiring when the reality is the team basically threw it away. I thought Nathan Brown was good but not as good as the plaudits he's getting, first quarter there were 2, 3 and even 4 players on Brown almost every time he went for a mark, second quarter Brown started cutting loose, third quarter the supply completely dried up, and the last quarter I had JB ahead slightly, he looked like he was about to cut loose.

I noticed that too Knighter. Not sure if he was referring to Sheep or to Adrian Fletcher who I believe is still part of the coaching staff at Brisbane. Just shows what a retard that Olarenshaw tool is.

it's great when the maggots get beaten, but when they whinge about the umps, well thats just gold!!

(probably the last time they travel for the year?)

Get them to look at the free given to Egan in the third quarter that gave them a goal. Egan himself looked surprised he got a free.

Yes, the Pies did double and at time triple team J.Brown - Nothing new - I've seen the same approach used on Richo. On most occassions some Collingwood players never had eyes for the ball in this contest - Nick Maxwell met J.Brown front on in one contest and that was deemed fair :headscratch
Nevertheless, N.Brown was very good at CHB. Maybe J.Brown was the difference in the finish, but for a KPP in his 2nd game - against argueably the leagues most damaging player - to spoil well and hold his feet in tight situations - was a fantastic effort.

Collingwood traded Tarrant to Freo and as a result were able to gain Reid & Brown. This was on the back of the draft that saw them take Pendelbury & Thomas. Whatever the result last night or the standard of umpriring decisions, the Pies future looks very bright.

On the back of that game both of those sides will make the eight.
Some excellent skills on display and the first half particularly was at breakneck pace.

Agree re the mud too knighter. Seemed we used to see mudbaths every weekend but not much anymore. Was noticeable enough to comment.

PS: Always good to see the Pies rolled. 8)

Don't miss Medhurst Skills, was terrific for Scumwood last night.
