Raining again. Both teams will need full scuba gear for tonight. The rain usually picks up in the late afternoon - early evening.

Ordinary game by Buddy without a doubt with Waite on him for most of the game, it's not the day out he expected. Buddy has made some very ordinary basic errors that would of made Sipthorp & Biddiscombe look like seasoned veterans. I'll tell you all that Buddy doesn't have a football brain at all, he may arse the odd ball through impossible angles, he is also a one sided player, you may say he is a 'Tivendale' very much one sided.

And the siren still doesn't work in Tassie. I cannot believe after the uproar last year the same thing happens again. Tim(id) Lane and Vossy (supringsly good as a special comments) both missed it.
The AFL wants to protect drug cheats, out gamblers, stop contact all together, make you buy a pie for $8.50 and they cannot supply a decent siren.
I fear for our game.
This game was a comedy of errors, errant handballs and kicks more often than not missing their targets.
I mentioned the other day that Franklin is not a contested mark player and the way to combat him was to block his space, i thought Waite really didn’t give him any real room on his preferred left foot...

Flanklin was ok. He overdid it and stuffed up a couple of times.
Put together a few handy bits of work as well, he's got a truckload of talent and will rip holes in games.
Have no doubt that as he grows from a big kid to an experienced hard bodied footballer he will get lots better.
