Is it that bad?
By next year, or or the year after, our backline looks to be one of the most promising going around, especially with the departure of Gaspar. IMO it looks solid. Thursfield, McGuane, and Polak to hold down the KP. We have no problems with the rebounding defenders, and with the experience of Joel in there as well, I don't see it being a bad backline. Maybe one more KPP for depth but thats just my opinion. Next draft, just get some hard-bodied midfielders and maybe get lucky with a trade or two, and we'll look quite balanced.
