An excellent appointment.
McCrae has done a great job with the Qld juniors over the last couple of years.

Gee, the joint has changed enormously over the last 2 years.

McCrae is an excellent appointment and was a good player in the most successful side ever and has done well with the Qld kids by all accounts.

Great to have new additions to the coaching staff. :welcome

Let's hope McCrae brings Bradshaw with him.

good to see richmond having an extra coach in 07. interesting mix of coaches... we have wallace and royal, 2 experienced coaches, and the rest are just out of the game. very good balance imo.

my only concern is whether or not they rushed the decision in appointing rawlings and mccrae. i have nothing against them, but i would have loved to see us have a crack at someone like michael voss.

i wonder if this is some forward planning for the future are there any likely types that mccrae would have coached or has spent some considerable time with in the qld juniors...a bit of inside knowledge or perhaps knowlege no one else knows of...

perhaps its common knowledge within afl circles that voss wont be retiring...with whats going down up there at the moment he may be required for another season...seems the rats are deserting the sinking ship...

is this the price you pay for too much success....or perhaps gubby allen is unable to keep the balancing act going...wonder why andrew ireland jumped?

Read in todays Age that Bulldogs are sounding Ashley Prescott out about a job as the development coach. Wonder then why we grabbed at Rawlings especially since Prescott was apparently one of our scouts in the west.
