Our Coaches [Merged]

did paul broderick get in to coaching after he retired?

just thinking he'd be a good midfield coach, and would be good to work with our younger onballers.

even if we could bring back craig lambert for the seam reason

how good would axel be after learning from them :clap

If we have room for an assistant get Cresswell very good midfield coach.
If he is so good why did Geelong and the Lions let him go? ??? ???

He left Geelong to go to Brisbane of his own volition......while Brisbane had to accomodate Leppa!

I may be wrong but I thought he left to extend his career under Matthews and was poached by the Lions.
I remember reading how highly he was respected at Geelong after doing such a great job with their young midfield.
I'd say he eventually wants to be a senior coach and feels his best chance is in Melbourne.

Caro said an WLF tonight that he'd ended up having a falling out at both clubs and was let go by the Lions IIRC.

Well since grant thomas is outta a job lets give him a job!  ;)
Not as a skills coach ;)

However if he brings Del Santo, Hayes and Maguire with him then I'm sure we could find room for him.

I know everyone will have a go at me but Grant Thomas would make a good football manager like what Balme does at the pies.
