Our Coaching panel

Left field. R the coaching panel too aware of upsetting Richo if they don't build the game plan around the great man? and/or Nathan Brown?

If thats the case WT, we the supporters are owed a massive apology.

I don't think Richo would be like that, and Browny although being good mates with Wallace surely wouldn't dare.

There is little doubt in my mind that they are all just gutless.

Gutless to make the hard calls back in 2004 and since.

Massive drafting mistakes in every single draft since 2000 and before have cost us immensely.

Had we got a "clarkson" type coach or if Wallace had the balls to make this tough calls back then, who knows where we might be right now.

I reckon we wouldn't have won another spoon and we wouldn't be last on the ladder with a % of 44.67.

Just on the coaching, I reckon this non-contested, quick running style Terry has been trying to formulate is already old hat.

Of the games i've seen so far this season, the physicality, tackling and pressure has been immense. Skilled players are even more important than before.

We're gonna get smashed many times over with our skinny kids, bad skills and non body contact style.

EDIT: Have a go at the size of Dangerfield already, his head would weigh as much Nahas.

That raises the question, why does Terry recruit and play lightweights?? Edwards/Tambling/ Nahas etc

"Terry is a genius. He came to us with A Plan for a running game that was to revolutionise the game. He has been let down again and again by his cattle who have lacked the ability to play their role in his brilliant ideas."

Terry has persuaded the club to take a massive gamble in fulfilling his vision. We've recruited his fly-weight runners for him, but this has left us completely exposd when his viusion has been shown to be a crock in the face of hard contact footy. He can't/won't admit the failure of his plan because we've built our side on it, and he hasn't time to do a complete turn around. With our runt of a team he has no option but to keep playing and recruiting to his failed concept, smashing ourselves to pieces against more physical teams in the hope that we can steal enough games to make the 8.

Wallace and Royal are about as close to useless in the coaching stakes as you can get. Bereft of ideas and results. I think when the change comes the broom should sweep the 4 senior coaches and Rawlings out the door. None of them will be missed.
Andy Collins wouldn't be at a loss in the senior coaching team.
