More than enough has been said about Terry for quite some time now, but surely our predicament is not entirely the players or his fault.
No the coaches don't go onto the ground and miss handballs, kick badly, not tackle etc, etc.... but the coaches are the ones who should teach them the correct ways and teach them a number of set game plans.
Brian Royal: Spent time on the Bulldogs coaching staff providing valuable back-up to senior coach Terry Wallace, before being an assistant coach at Melbourne for four years. Also had a stint as an assistant coach with the Kangaroos before reuniting with his old Bulldog teammate Terry Wallace.
Has Brian achieved anything of note in his 12+ years as an assistant coach?
David King: Richmond is his first assistants role. I hated him as a player because of his smugness and arrogance especially towards us because he rarely played badly against us. I thought he would be good for our younger brigade............How wrong was I?
Wayne Campbell: 1 year at the dogs, first season back at Punt Road............hard to judge..............but he never really inspired me when he was captain.
Craig McRae- Development is his official role. Can someone please tell me what he has developed, his bank account or his inability to teach
Jade Rawlings- Development/Coburg Coach: :headscratch
As the old saying goes.................How can you soar like an eagle when you are surrounded by turkeys!
FFS, they like some of the players do not deserve their pay, give them all the lemon and sars!
