Elite Performance Manager - Matthew Hornsby

Fair dinkum, this guy is in charge of the physical development of our players, and I don't see any.

We've had players unable to run out games.
We've got players unable to run out quarters.
When fatigue sets in, mental errors are made.

I took along an impartial observer with me last night to watch the game. The first thing he said was, I didn't know Richmond were playing so many of their young players as well. I heard about the baby bombers 2, but I didn't know you guys were doing the same.

I said we have barely any of our kids out there at the moment.

He then asked "So why do all your players look like teenage kids then?"

The strength and conditioning of our players is substandard. I am suspicious that Wallace wants the players kept lean so they can run faster, but that's just a suspicion. Our players are woefully underdeveloped. Hopefully when the review comes down, it finds we need a new "Elite performance" manager, because our players certainly don't perform in the elite catagory.
