Argh, we lost by one point.

Us: 2-0, 5-2, 8-3, 8-4-52.
Doutta Stars: 3-1, 4-2, 6-2, 8-5-53.

It was very tight all game, i played at Centre Half Forward,
the whole game for a change, and kicked one after i chased
down one of their midgets. In the last quarter, i was pushed
to the ground obviously, and didnt get a free kick. I seemed to
have done something to my leg. I have tonnes of scars all over
it and i can barely walk.

Haynes was hit pretty early, backing back into a pack and getting
knocked in the head. It definitely hampered his playing, i only think
he played one quarter after going off with his injury.

It seemed that the umpires were not paying the hands in the back rule
to one of the sides, US! On the other hand if we touched them on
the side they would blow their whistle straight away. I reckon
it was terrible umpiring.

We should bounce back next week, playing at home. It was
unbelievably cold which made it worse losing by so little.

We should be better next week though.

Yours Sincerly,
Trapped.

Bummer about the loss trapped but knowing you went so close with things not going your way should give you confidence for next time you meet up.

Hope your leg is better. Good luck this week.

Our team is still undefeated and is going for it's 7th win this week. I'll be there to cheer them on before rushing down to watch the Tiges beat Essendon.

This week we're playing Taylors Lakes, at home.
They've won all three games so far, except they
were against the three bottom sides.
We should be in with a good chance.

Im back to Centre Half Back this week, and hopefully i'll
play a good game.

Haynes will be on the wing, or running of half back.
He could go somewhere else, but he will probably start on the wing.

It should be a very fun game.

Sorry about the lateness

Firstly, MY CLUB WAS ON CHANNEL TEN NEWS, JUST THEN.
The segment on muslims in footy, was with my team.

Thats big news.

Secondly, we won.
I cant remember the exact scores

We kept them to 2 points for the whole game.
I kicked one, from the boundary!
Haynes played on the wing very well.
It was a very good game.

Unfortunately we lost.

Us: 0-1, 1-2, 1-2, 3-4-22.
Craigieburn: 1-4, 2-4, 3-9, 4-11-35.

It was an unbeleivably frustrating game.
The ground was dewy and wet, and it was
near impossible to pick up the ball cleanly.

I played in the forward line in the first half :),
but i only got a few kicks that werent to much
affect. Then i moved up to the wing, and started to get
a feel for the footy. Getting a about 5 or so effective kicks.

Haynes played superbly in the first half, and last quarter.
Getting lots of touches and kicking one goal. He was definitely
in the best players on the day.

We didnt seem to be awake but hopefully the boys can bounce back the
week after next for a win against the top side Strathmore.

Trapped.

This week we play Strathmore.
Strathmore are one of the top sides.
It should be a really tough game, and it will
show if we deserve to make the finals or not.
Hopefully we will win.

Unfortanately........

Us: 0-1, 0-1, 1-1, 1-1-7
Strathmore: 8-1, 17-3, 21-10, 27-15-177.

We played unbeleivably badly.

Our midfeild blamed everyone except their selves.
They refused to follow their men down into Strathmore's forward line.
Our backline had no chance when it was 3 Strathmore players to one of us.

I played Centre Half Back all day.
My player kicked 5 or 6. Luckily i stopped him for most of the game.
He could of had 20 if not.

Haynes played really well the times the ball came near him.
He played in the forward line so the ball wasnt up there much.

Well hopefully well do better next week.

*smile* man, thats a debacle. I used to hate those fairy midfielders who wouldnt chase.

This result shows u guys have a bit to do if yr gonna make the finals.
