We finish early, because of the conditions of the ground i think.

Anyway we won today :).

Us: 4-7, 7-7, 11-11, 18-15-123.
Oak Park: 0-0, 0-0, 0-1, 0-2-2.

We played really well today, as you can see by the scoreline.
It was a really good game.

I played in the Ruck and won most of the taps.
Kicked one and should have had another.

Haynes played really well aswell, kicking one also.
He played of half back and at half forward flank.

Well thats the end of the year. Hopefully we can play
a little better next year.

Trapped.

Thanks for your reports throughout the year trapped. It's been fun to follow your progress and it would be great if you could give us some updates on your cricket team over summer.

Are you playing cricket this year trapped? If so I'd love to read a report on how you and the team are going.

Yeah i am Rosy, unfortunately in a team full of Carlton and Essendon
supporters. Except i think my coach goes for the right team.

Well, im in Under 14 B grade for cricket. We've won 4 and lost 2.
In cricket, im trappedatnumberone. I open nearly every game.
Highlight has to be taking, the so called, Catch of the Century,
named by my team-mates, against a team full of my
mates from school. Hopefully when can do well and make the finals
when we get back from the christmas break.
Try to keep you all posted.....

Well, we started cricket again today.
Played a one dayer, 25 overs each.
We didnt do very well. They(being Taylors Lakes) made
145 in the first innings. Bowled not that well. But we feilded alright.
Then we lost 4 quick wickets, being 4/9 at the time, when i had to come in.
Half steadied the ship. Me and my mate made a good partnership. Got us to 4/63.
He retired on 25* and i got bowled on 21. But we ended up losing quite comprehensively.
We ended up making 85.
Well, i hope that got all the cobwebs out of our system so we can play really well next week.

Im sorry bout the lateness.
We lost unfortunately.
They made 182 we made around 130.
Got 0 - 32 off 6 overs. Bowled shockingly.
I got out for 0 3 ball. Couldnt do much right that day.
Hopefully next year will be
an even better season.
Go Tigers.

Yeah bad luck, young fella. Everybody has those days. No matter how much effort and the will to do well, sometimes it just doesn't happen for you.
Keep your head up mate. That's part of life, ups and downs, good and bad. Don't dwell too much on it. Disappointing, but the sun comes up the next day. I'm sure you really tried hard, that's all you can do.
There will be more opportunities for you and I'm sure you'll turn things around, next time.

Go Tigers.

sorry about the lateness. Forgot about this thread, but now i remembered... ;)
We won last week against Moonee Valley. By 73 points. Stuck at Full back, even though
im tiny compared to the people in B grade. It's weird. But i geuss im being loyal to my name.
This week we're playing Hadfeild at home. It should be good.
