That we pick up the best draft picks, get rid of players who will never be able to make it at AFL level, and that only the best coach gets the job. We should have absolutely no expectation of winning any more than 3 matches this season. I hope that I will be at those 3!
 
I am afraid we r stuck with Wally for at least the first half of the season and as a result we can expect some pretty poor efforts and players' conifdence and attitude drop away as they lose total faith in their coach and his methods.
