Our Ruck Division (or lack thereof?)

Fair argument ToO. My only retort is that I don't think there is much difference between the output of Hughes, Riewoldt & Schulz as Key Forwards in 07 and Cartledge, Graham and & as Rucks in 09. If anything, the ruck stocks look better than the forward KPP stocks of last year.

But, it's easier to throw someone into the forward line and do something than it is into the ruck I guess.

The key to the potential recruitment Balooga is to load up on potential young ruck talent at the rear end of the draft and thru the rookie system to ensure we aren't placed in this predicament again. By all accounts I have seen or read Cameron seems an advocate of this so that's good.

If we could get one or two years out of White it would be a bonus and after the Seaby deal has fallen through it's become almost pressing.
if he falls over it's cost us little but if it works out. 8)

OK, let me give CC a call and get the White draft done. But remember I am only doing it so I can quote you for years to come if he turns out Kingsley-esque :)

Rookie White and then LTIL Polak for at least the first half of the year. Would be the only option for me.

Jeff White? Nope.
Yep i'm with you. Rookie or draft one late as well. Maybe next year Seaby will be even more pissed off and we will get him real cheap.

You can't rookie a 37 year old. They must be under 23.

Why not a late draft pick or PSD for White we could do worse, particularly if his body is healthy, averaged 18 possies a game and 18 to 19 hitouts , which is better than most. I'm not sure why Melb delisted him.
