I do not believe we are up to having any impact in the finals however there are some interesting things that have contributed to our position.
1/ Would Lake have kicked the goal to tie the match if he had been made to take his kick? This is probably makes the least difference as we would be level with the Saints.
2/ Would JR have passed the ball to someone inside 50 if the timekeepers had found the extra 13 seconds versus the Saints? We'd be 2 points in front of them instead of the other way around if he had found someone to kick a goal.
3/ Should the Swans have been given 2 points from the game against North when they clearly breached the rules with an extra man on the field? If we win and the Swans lose next week those 2 points should be the subject of some interesting discussion.
