dont know if you realise but in the tac and junior days, griffen was polos biatch many times! and yes you have won 2 games v us with griffen in the team, but griffen was no way the reason why you won, and iirc and u would too, polo did not play in those games!!!! griffen will be a good handy player , but anyone can gather possessions in the dogs team and their high possession game style.

morris, i can guarantee you that in 2-3 yrs wont be around, he isnt anything special

jay schulz, dont go knocking this kid, he will become a deadset champion. his only problem thus far has been injuries. just waittil he gets his body right, he will make you eat your words!

getting back to griffen, he is 1 yr older than deledio and has half the class of deledio. *smile* if deledio played 4 the dogs he would gather 45 possessions a week! griffen is really good at winning uncontested possession as all the dogs are, never seen griffen win a hard ball since he has been on the seen!

Griffen has won many games of his own boot, eg vs the hawks. Polo may have done a job on him when he was a kid with a bad knee but now he is fully fit there is no chance of that. To say Griff players uncontested football means you do not watch our games.

The griffin deledio arguement is ridiculous. They got the 1 and 2 correct that year, could easily have been reversed in order. Both top players, both highly skilled and fast but not totally outside. Stupid debate, but would be interesting to revisit in 3-4 seasons.
