Paul Roos will coach the Swans next year & John Longmire will take over in 2011.Roos said he was stepping down primarily for family reasons.Longmire was due to be interviewed by the Kangas this week.

a bit like when we appointed Spud, everyone else "fled the room", apart from Tommy Hafey. Now there's a thought for North. Have they talked to Tommy. For what they were prepared to pay Buckley, they could hire Tommy on a 20 year contract.

Its more that they are running around trying to poach people who are tied to other clubs, both physically and emotionally.

They make an offer, the candidate takes it back and says: "Look what I've got," and the other club's hand is forced

BTW, Eugene Arocca must be officially classed as a complete nuffy now. He was the brains behind the Hotel deals at Collingwood and now he is stuffing this one up.

There's a reason why Eddie didn't make him Collingwood CEO.
 
roos is getting out before the sydney titanic sinks!!! as for north what coach with half a brain will take them on, when theyre all ready trying to play games in wa, what next games in bali? no home base with north, the titanic without a rudder!!
