over the last ten seasons our club has been doing its pennance, enduring mediocre coaches on five year contracts just to prove that we are capable of honouring contracts to our coaches. we should now ignore those outside the club who try to put the guilt trip on us for some cheap gain.



the next contract should be for only two years with options for an extension only if we are very successful.
payments should be heavily performance based. e.g. $200000 per year and $40000 per win.

Don't want to pressure a coach into not playing up and comers just to ensure short-term wins and a secure paypacket. That's what Terry has been doing.
