Gee guys dont you think its getting a bit personal on here tonight on this thread. Why not just wait till the season starts again and see what happens. The guy is on the list so lets just see what this season brings hey. I believe if he pulls his finger out that just maybe he can be something to this club. If he doesnt then that is easy.....gone - simple as that. But lets not write off any of the listed players till they have had at least half a dozen games at least to show their worth and they havent got a broken hand.

Yep, still needs to improve the defensive side of his game, but if he has the ball forward of centre - we generally end up with a shot on goal as his delivery is easily the best in the side - the Collingwood game was a good example of this last year. His goal kicking is also as good as we have.

Which AFL player are you Jayfox?...being the equal of Brown...able to take full responsibility...and how would you swing a free transfer? 8)

Or were you just gonna cheer louder from that point on?

Well, he was getting his hand looked at after the run in with the Coburg player during the intraclub match a week ago. That was after having his shoulder looked at earlier in that match.

I'm jumping out of my skin already for todays game jayman. Cant wait - it'll be great to see some of the new guys running around in the tiger colours today. Bring it on !!! Gee, its great to finally have the footy back :clap :clap

Absolutely Tubby...... i havent been this anxious for a new season in years..... i hope we can just see some potential come through our young players tonight.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
From what I can see of the threads in the last six months I think Pettifer has gone from one of the primary targets to a player whom pretty much all generally agree had a better year. I think the majority of the rest of the comment is from PRE's not wanting him to regress now that he finally has got a move on. Consistency and the ability to find the ball is as always what is needed to get him up to our top tier of players - which I for one don't believe he is at yet.

As for Krak hmmm well he will get all the opportunities he needs since players like White and Meyer still don't have the bulk yet to hold down an AFL spot. Can't see him doing too well though, whcih is a pity I don't want to call bad karma on the guy. What I like about TW is that he doesn't miss too much.
 
As much as some hate to admit it, i think we missed petts out there today.
