Well i had 2 teams i selected for with Gold Coast Suns & Melbourne Deamons

4. Gold Coast - Will Brodie (#9)
5. Gold Coast - Jack Bowes (#10) .......... had no choice i got bid on here lol
9. Gold Coast - Jack Scrimshaw (#7)
12. Gold Coast - Todd Marshall (#16)
21. Gold Coast - Brad Scheer (#67) ........ had no choice i got bid on here and really only cost min points

Overall did well here i believe as i ended up with 3 players that actually went to the club i represented, with only sheer not being drafted but had Bowes not been bid on as in the real thing would have been slightly better

51. Melbourne - Jack Maibaum (#45)
70. Melbourne - Patrick Lipinski (#28)
84. Melbourne - Hamish Brayshaw ..... undrafted

Really thing i did well for Melbourne with the first 2 selections but really wanted Darcey Cameron here :-(

Gold Coast Draft is THE best draft I've ever seen any side have in any year.

Given it's an early call but you can't help thinking that it doesn't matter how much we think we have done well you just have to look at the GC draft yesterday and how much it proves the AFL are hell bent on making them successful!!! We can't even compete with that kind of leeway. There will be a decade or more of GWS and GC plastic premierships and there ain't anything anyone can do about it.

Yeah there is, stop trading with them. The AFL didn't give them all those picks, they traded for them

No probs, you also picked Bunker not Junker, I wouldn't have given you an A otherwise. ;D

A very big thank you to all of you who scoped the juniors and gave us such amazing information and insights. As you have done for years now you have made the off season possibly more entertaining than the real season (especially this year)!

Hey Bully, did you end up sending all your stuff into the club ?

I didn't Taz, got caught up in some other stuff but will attempt to make contact next year. Happy with the club's general direction, I think Clarke realises the importance of getting the engine room humming and we now have a pretty good looking midfield. A couple of talls next year and things are looking up. Fingers & toes crossed for a Geelong train-wreck.

Blues take Ben Ronke, a contested ball winning, goal kicking speed machine who came on in leaps and bounds this year. Will start as a small forward.
