Pick 27 Anthony Miles

he gets as stuck in as any. big admirer of how he goes about it - time after time. really positive footballer who brings a lot to this team.

How hard is this bloke? I'll tell ya; as hard as a cat's head!

Herculean performance tonight. One of the great inside mid games you will see.

Yeah was very good and will play 150-200 for us, tough as nails and always under the pack, limited speed and average kick, but plays his role VERY VERY well... Sold but no X factor, great role player, not being negative at all love the bloke and his effort, bloke won't be able to walk at 45!!!

role player? he's an elite inside mid of the AFL. When the game was getting away from us in the 2nd, he pulled it back in our favour. that 2nd quarter of his was massive.

Just got home from game and saw Q2 on the replay. You're spot on!

Quickly becoming one of my favorite players. His inside work was Herculian tonight.

He is simply relentless and an integral part of our team.

love this kid, just hope his body can withstand all those hits he cops.

He does have the X factor.

There's players who want to win the ball, and then there are those very few players who when the whistles blown still fight and cling to the footy just so that they can be the one to emerge from under the pack with the ball and be the one to give the ball to the umpire. This guy prides himself on winning everything, even the things that might seem trivial to the rest of us. To him all the small victories are part of the attitude required to get the larger job done.

Was brilliant in Freo game too; in fact, virtually all year. Not glamorous, so goes too unnoticed by football egg-sperts. Just keeps on throwing his body in and gets that hard, contested possession time after time. So brave and relentless.

Sorry no X factor in what you said, agree he was massive for us tonight an he will play 150-200 games (massive for a rookie listed player), i love this bloke as many have said he is as hard as, but he is slow and have defincies, i think and have always been a Dimma supporter, hes made him better backed him in (Dimma loves the hard nuts), slow as, but this bloke win clearance after clearance (our game plan and structure) and hes tough as nails.. I Dont actualy understand it

for a bloke that we picked up as a rookie after what 20 games for us, i think 150-200 games is saying we have a massive win!! no dis sprect love him

He's not slow. He's just one of those players who has a lot of time, everything around him goes in slow motion. He is easily our best disposer inside player, he just does so much good with the ball when int an tight and he rarely wastes a ball when loose with a bit of time. This guy was a gem of a pickup. The one positive of GWS getting those ridiculous number of draft picks, some will wriggle out and if you can snare them cheaply, a massive bonus.
