Pick 27 Anthony Miles

He kicked that goal from outside his usual range. Worked. Was aggressive. Close to our best.

Was our best IMO.

While others stood back and watched, he was about the only one of the midfield group who got his hands dirty.

Will have sore shoulders from trying the carry the bigger names across the line.

Was immense.

We must be taking the p!ss. Will be lucky to make it to the finish line before the game has finished.

:hihi Bizarre.

I'm a fan of Miler but to say he isn't the quickest going around is somewhat of an understatement.

Who are we gonna put up next year; Chaplin??

Clearly don't fancy winning!! Surely we could have got Menadue or Castagna to give it a shot!!

Must be for laughs, even though he is a great player, would be one of the slowest on the list

Heat 2
Brad Ebert
Anthony Miles
Dean Towers
Andrejs Everritt
Jay Kennedy-Harris
Hayden Crozier
Elliott Kavanagh
Leigh Montagna
Lewis Taylor
Gurdev Singh - 13 CABS

I reckon Miles will be doing well to beat Gurdev, let alone the rest.

Next year it might be Bennell. Although I hope he can't compete, because he'll still have a half of football to play.

:hihi I hope that the Taxi drivers are actually lightning quick and beat a few of the AFL players.

Pat Scammell was a 1500 runner

Represented Australia at 2 Olympics

The name is familiar to me, and I have recollections he was quite a tall skinny fellow, I suppose logical for such a runner. Miles seems stockier by comparison. I.E. nothing like Scammell?
