Let's all hope none of them do and that way the AFL will give up on the idea. Funny how if one team wear black shorts and the other white shorts solves the problems of clashes, but no one ever mentions that. Oh, that's right you can sell an alternative guernsey for more than a pair of shorts.BrisTiger24 said:Tigers of Old said:Also the psj is available now at the Tiger Den.
Here is a link to a clear picture of it..

Looks like the claws continue up on the back.
No clash guernsey for sale?? Based on the comments here they probably think it won't sell.

The club wont expect people to buy every top but if there is a choice and the kids find one of the designs attractive then that can only be good for club coffers.blackandyellowmatt said:Is anyone on PRE going to cough up $440 for our 4 2007 playing tops(including Heritage)?
I know I wont be, I love the Tigers and all but thats a lot of cash.
While i'm at it the training tops are a bit pricy this year too.
Has there been any mention of the heritage theme?
Well said, craig. I wish you could say this to Mike Sheahan, who seems to be on the AFL's payroll to push the alternative jumper thing.craig said:All this crap and different Training tops, Away tops, Clash strips, Pre season strips is all a bunch of AFL media and club marketing and is nothing i repeat nothing more than a bunch of BS !
Everyone seems to forget AFL was played for nigh on 100 years on mud heaps without a need for clash strips. Its all just Euro Soccer, type rubbish that tries to corner fans into buying extra merchandise.
As a kid i loved the Richmond Jumper you know simple black with yellow sash, and nothings changed nor will it, its black with a yellow sash for me and i just cant buy these other efforts especially the clash strip which imo is bloody ordinary at best.
I'd buy my kids real RFC jumpers not these BS creations conjured up by some half assed advertising and marketing fools.
Ordinary very ordinary for mine.
I didnt mind the old pre season strip with the claw marks, actually i liked it alot that was original and uncomplicated yet fresh, but all these new theories and designs and BS is getting out of hand. ( i know its sport in the modern age but if it has to be done geez im sure better designs coulda been put forward that clash strip OH DEAR
Its all BS and these RFC strips are ordinary imo.
Judge Smailes said:ONE thing I will say about the AFL - with all of this marketing and extra jumpers, at least we can SEE the whole jumper (well the front at least) unimpeded by massive amounts of advertising. The rugby league jumpers/jerseys are a joke. They are 90% sponsors logo with a bit of club colours thrown in, and they look bloody awful.
