Player delistment and PSD/Rookie draft clarifications please

Can we still delist anyone?

Exactly how many Rookie picks do we have?

Exactly how many PSD picks do we have?

Probably, but it would be very tough to do it to a player now. Not really giving them much chance to find a new home.

This may be true Streaker but the type of player that we would de-list would probably be struggling to find a home at any time.
