Players out of contract in 2008

Nice Oldie well said, concise, accurate and sensible. ;)

Thanks craig.
It's no insult to the big guy at this point in his career BTW as he's been great this season.
However I am pretty sure I have even heard it myself recently that he is saying he'll take it one year at a time.

The convolution of the draft will keep mediocre teams mediocre for the next few years.

Not a bad year in that respect to load up on quality kids going forward.

Richmonds trade offerings will not garner much interest at all.

Only the likes of Pattison, JON, Hughes, Schulz and possibly a Bowden may engender any interest whilst i dont know what interest if any a Polo might attract if his time comes up at years end.

The likes of , Hyde, Tiv, Pathets, and Meyer will not.

A McGuane could be an offering to the new Gold Coast side as he is a Queenslander.

Certain players going round like Warnock will be traded over the odds this year as no side will want to give an inch but try to grab a player cheap.

The trade week will be fairly impotent this year i reckon with delistings the best modus operandi for all which will make the PSD more interesting as there may be slightly better value on offer who knows.

Well said, and anyone thinking in this draft people will pay for the list you had with first round draft pics is dreaming. If they are worth so much, why are we so eager to get rid of them?

Foley was signed up until the end of 2009 or 2010. No doubt about that .

Perhaps if someone knew our players length of contract they could be posted and stickied.
Save having to ask about players contract status.
tivendale would be a delist regardless. raines i would look to trade along with jackson plus 3 of the 4 rookies more than likely all 4 to be cut.

imo it would be easy to turn over 9 to 11 players this yr without losing to much. including rookies 9 should be a minimum.

We can only trade a max of 5, but what is the total number allowed, taking into account ND and PSD and RD?
Can anyone enlighten us, or a link. Thanks
