Playing for youth

In a week or so I unfortunately expect our finals hopes to be gone and it has then been widely toute

So if we have to make room for some youth to play out the season who gives way.

Stafford who is trying to get to his 200 games (well he won't be missing this week given Simmonds absence...but afterwards) ?
Chaffey who is "playing for his career"?
Tivva and Krak the perenniel targets?
Hall?
Richardson and Brown who have been playing injured?

Who should come in
Limbach for Richo?
Pattison for Hall?
Hughes for Tivva?
Casserley, Hunn or Howatt for Chaffey?

I would be interested in your thoughts.

Id let Staf make way for Pato so he can games under belt
Chaf I think we are better of given roles to Polo or say howat
Tiva Krak need to play because they just have to keep tryin to play well if they are to be at Punt Rd next year or they need to create some trade value if not.
Hall could make way for Mcguane but Razor needs to keep playin if he is to become an important player for us.
Id like to see Dog get a game before the years out for reward for his work ethic an maturity.
Hughes got a good report from Collins but he is one kid I would not give  a token game too ,I want to see this boy work his guts out an become the superstar he could well be ,an not become a washed up never will be bacause he expected it just to happen

When the list is reviewed at the end of the season my own belief what should be looked at is potential for significant improvement. A number of the senior players mentioned in this thread (Staff excluded, because it was always his stated intention to retire at seasons end) just don't seem to have that potential, at least not at Richmond, and I expect them to be either traded or delisted.

We're playing plenty of kids already and the results show. We can't field a team of 22 kids and think it will be beneficial for them. Keep playing those who are doing well, give those close a taste, but always try and be competitive whilst letting the kids develop and earn their spot.

There are players playing for their careers or may be traded ala Tiv's , Chaff, Hall, Krak

Staff will retire

There would be some others which i will not name until the season is over
