PUNT ROAD END | Richmond Tigers Forum

Went to Qld  Supporters group dinner for President Club members on the Friday night before Saturdays Lions clash, TW attended.. gave a talk & had Q & A time , he commented that it will take a few more rounds to ascertain exactly where Tiges are.. but if a loosing streak continues then the introduction of youth will happen, several senior players of the group have been put on notice & his exact comment was if we are going to loose then it may as well be with the young one's. No names were mentioned of course, Hughes & McGuane, Nicholls, Polo, Moore, Limbach? Someone soon are going to get their chance. Went to game, Razor was terrific, along with Richo, Tucky, Cogs, Rainsey just gets better, Lids great, good all round effort.. top win on Bris turf.. would liked to have seen more attacking footy in last few minutes instead of the crap that that went on, defend a goal or less, IMO when 3 goals up work the ball down our end & have a crack.. but hey it's a win & sets a good path for Blues clash. I wonder with this win & hopefully another next Friday will this delay some more debuts? TW also mentioned current top sides have most new player debuts in last 4 years & bottom sides have the least, Tiges rated 3rd worst. Hawks side in round 3 that defeated Geelong had the 5th most experienced side on the paddock for the round.. interesting ! I'm a believer in the 5 year plan because it will take that long, & oh yeah Simmo had another top game as was his first 3.. But Tivva does make you take deep breaths!  'Go Tiges' :thumbsup :emblem
