It works the other way round too burke n wills. i went to my niece's 21st dress up party recently as "the cat" from Red Dwarf and was astounded that most people at the party never knew who the Cat was :hihi I suppose if i went as Tom Baker the same would happen too.

Both are similar height. They’re excellent taggers, they both have grunt and courage, and they also share pretty much the same level of disposal skills. Polo has the nous and engine. Jacko has the strength and speed.

I noticed Jacko’s picked up a few brownie points with supporters over the second half of the season eerily while chook was injured but I’d still have Polo over him.

Why? Because Polo simply knows how to get the pill. Its his greatest asset. He’ll dangle it, knock it on, juggle it whatever but in the end it’ll be in his mits if its within reach. At worst it’ll be a ball up. He such a shrewd customer.

So natural footballing abilty is what wins it for me.

I'm not so sure you're closing statement re natural football ability justifies the comparison of points raised. What exactly is the "level of disposal" Polo displays? Are natural footballers "taggers"?

IMO, both players are handy spares. Both can be used in a variety of roles. If one of them shines more than the other, it will be purely based on consistency, not natural ability.
